Case Study: quality controlled

A prototype order could consist of hundreds of parts. Large or small, we hand inspect every part of every order before shipping to the customer. This ensures defects are caught before they go to the customer, saving precious time spent working on scrap parts.

Case Study: Zero to 60 mph!

Our customer had a vision and needed parts as soon as possible. We were able to turn this around in record time by going from "zero to 60" – through skipping the hard tooling phase, we 3D-printed the molds for these performance racing prototypes and produced their castings in only two weeks!

Case Study: PUZZLE PIECES

Each of these parts requires nine cores to complete the mold. Using a combination of traditional cores and 3D-printed sand, we are able to make dozens of these complex parts where others had failed. Working quickly and efficiently to get the job done, our mold assembly team was able to put these molds together just like a puzzle!
